After (A) 30+ years in commercial real estate law, as a paralegal and real estate specialist - in title, survey & zoning matters (on high-rises, hotels, restaurant chains, strip malls, apartment complexes, etc., including the bulk purchase of 80 homes in California), and (B) 10+ years as a residential REALTOR®, working with communities in the Inland Empire and Greater Palm Springs area, this is an exciting time to collaborate with Buyers and Sellers to achieve their real estate goals.
Our emphasis is on cultivating strong relationships, most of which come from client recommendations.
We serve all of Southern California and when asked to represent a California Seller outside of our geographic area, we're happy to do so, on a case-by-case basis (A) independently, (B) by broker referral, or (C) by "co-listing" with a broker in that area - providing that Seller with two brokers for the price of one!
