(5)  "Final Touch" Home Staging - means adding smaller items, decor, art and accessories, as may be necessary, and at our discretion, from our inventory or Seller's.  If you would like to procure the services of an all-inclusive professional home stager that provides substantially all furniture, mattresses, rugs, art work, accessories, dinnerware, silverware, etc., (rather than the "Final Touch" Home Staging described on this website), please visit Houzz.com or search for those businesses on the Internet.  NOTE: Upon utilizing these services you will be required to pay out of pocket for such services.

"Curb Appeal Touches" - means adding smaller items like pots, plants & pillows, as may be necessary, and at our discretion, from our inventory or Seller's.  If you would like to procure the services of a curb appeal professional that provides building pressure washing, painting, landscaping services, brush clearing and more (rather than the "Curb Appeal Touches" described on this website), please visit Houzz.com or search for those businesses on the Internet.  NOTE:  Upon utilizing these services you will be required to pay out of pocket for such services.

While we take reasonable steps to select and provide links that add value to the Website, we are not responsible for the content contained on any linked site. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, but an arbitrator can award the same damages and relief as a court. Discovery and rights to appeal in arbitration are generally more limited than in a lawsuit, and other rights that you and the owner of this Website would have in court may not be available in arbitration.  

The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §1, et seq., and federal arbitration law shall apply to any dispute arising under the Agreement.  Arbitration arising under the Agreement shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.  Arbitration arising under the Agreement shall occur in the County of Riverside, California.  Matters of arbitrability will be decided by the arbitrator.  Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
